Deanna is unbelievable. We had a complicated situation: estate sale, two executors, both out of town, old home needing MANY repairs, quick timeline. As someone who has worked in the mortgage industry and has bought and sold a few properties, Deanna was able to give us information I didn't even realize was available. They have all the technology (renderings, automated bookings, forecasting, etc...) as well as all the contacts (for donating, landscaping, bins, etc...) that made the process SO easy. Once we had one offer, she didn't stop until we had the best and firmest offer. We figured we would wait out the conditions and hope the sale held, but she worked to get us a firm offer months sooner than closing. I honestly can't thank her enough, she's incredible.
