Deanna was SO AMAZING selling my folks house after they passed. She was helpful with what to do and how to do it, so the house would sell faster. In fact, it was pretty much sold just before we were done doing the clean out. Once we finished, it took days before the contract was signed and our family home was sold. My folks owned that house for more than 50yrs and it was hard that we had to sell it, but Deanna was so compassionate and patient with us, allowing us to do things at our own pace once we started doing the actual clean out. Lisa has been our realtor twice now, when we were purchasing our first condo and then when we sold it. Lisa and Clorice has been amazing and reliable. They are very organized, detail oriented, and schedule driven which is very important. It was a no-nonsense process. Lisa and her team were terrific

Deanna is unbelievable. We had a complicated situation: estate sale, two executors, both out of town, old home needing MANY repairs, quick timeline. As someone who has worked in the mortgage industry and has bought and sold a few properties, Deanna was able to give us information I didn't even realize was available. They have all the technology (renderings, automated bookings, forecasting, etc...) as well as all the contacts (for donating, landscaping, bins, etc...) that made the process SO easy. Once we had one offer, she didn't stop until we had the best and firmest offer. We figured we would wait out the conditions and hope the sale held, but she worked to get us a firm offer months sooner than closing. I honestly can't thank her enough, she's incredible.
