🏘️ Build Canada Homes (BCH) — A National Housing Crown Corporation

No GST (5%) on new homes under $1M for first-time buyers.

🌍 99-Year Leases on Federal Land

Instead of selling off federal land, the government will lease it to affordable housing developers.

  • Allows more affordable builds in prime areas

  • Keeps public land in public hands


📉 Income Tax Cut: 15% → 14%

The lowest federal tax bracket will drop by 1%.
